- Wrap some aluminum foil around the cardboard "headband" to make it shiny!
- Now add some stickers, gems, glue-on gems, or whatever you want to decorate.
- Wear your crown proudly!

If you're happy and your know it, create your own tootable horn using a paper towel tube, some stickers, paper strips, tape, glue sticks and some coloring tools. Then you can use your "tooter" as a rocket ship, an octopus, or even a little light to shine!
Today Miss Jackie shows us how to create a dot "star" pattern on paper, then how to connect the stars to create new shapes and patterns. We can use our imagination to move our bodies into those shapes, and maybe even come up with some fun designs the next time we see stars in the sky!

In this class we made SHAKY EGGS out of recycled household materials: plastic easter eggs, clean plastic jar with lid, some noodles or rice, and some tape (duct tape for a permanent seal). Even a box of macaroni can be a great noisemaker. Try different materials to make different shaky sounds on the inside.
Second class in our new series. Quick review of what to expect and props. Focus on breathwork to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. Joint-releasing movement, core challenges, coordination exercises, leg movement with hamstring and calf stretches.
Includes and introduction to our new online classes, what to expect, what props to utilize, and how to set yourself up for success. Gentle practice with breathing techniques (pranayama), joint-freeing movement, coordination challenges, and meditation.
